TEXTILE SCREEN PRINTER SOLUTIONS
BLUE BLOCK OUT™ TAPE
Durable, conformable, self-wound polyethylene film designed for standard wooden screen frames. Forms a solvent resistant “dam” to prevent ink leakage. Removes cleanly in one piece without leaving adhesive residue on the mesh, and withstands multiple pressure washings and solvent baths.
SPLIT LINER™ BLOCK OUT TAPE
Made for metal, roller and retensionable screen printing frames, Split Liner prevents ink leakage between the screen mesh and the frame. The release liner is split down the middle so you can easily remove one-half to stick on the mesh, then the linered side forms a dam against the frame. Taping a frame using this technique allows you to retension a screen without having to remove and reapply the block out tape. It also removes in one pull from the mesh with no adhesive residue!
PALLET PROTEK™ PLATEN PROTECTION TAPE
An easy solution for saving time and money-- just apply several layers to protect pallet and mark the base layer with an “X.” As one layer builds up with adhesive and ink, it can be peeled off quickly and easily to expose a fresh new layer. No more messy cleanup!
